
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA — Innova House Founder and Executive Director, Blaise Evers, was invited to attend the second annual California Alcohol Policy Alliance (CAPA) Summit meeting held on September 18th, 2017, at the Holman United Methodist Church. Blaise had been invited to become part of their opposition to the passing of proposed CA State Bill # 384 which would extend the sale and service of alcohol to 4 am. The effort was successful and the bill did not pass.
